(To use water transfers; 1.). Paint your nails & allow them to dry. Cut out the design that you want to use. Put the water decal sheet into a bowl of water. When easily removable from the backing paper pick up a decal with tweezers & position on the nail (make sure you do not put them on back to front - the colourful side must face outwards or you will end up with a backwards white wash design).
