Prep the Nails: Start with clean, dry nails. Gently push back the cuticles and lightly buff the surface of each nail to remove shine. 2. Apply Base Coat and Dip in Powder: Apply a thin coat of OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat to one nail, avoiding the cuticle. Immediately dip the nail into the Color Powder at a 45-degree angle and tap off any excess powder. Repeat on each nail, one at a time. 3. Second Coat for Color Build-Up: Brush off excess powder with a clean brush. Repeat the Base Coat and dipping process on each nail for a richer color. Brush off excess powder again. 4. Activate the Color: Apply OPI Powder Perfection Activator to each nail, covering the entire surface to harden the powder. Wait for 2 minutes, then gently file and shape nails as desired, smoothing the surface with a buffer. 5. Apply Top Coat for Shine: Apply a thin layer of OPI Powder Perfection Top Coat for a glossy finish. Let dry for 1–2 minutes, and apply a second layer for added durability and shine. 6.
