If using on anything other than nails, please spray extra layer of clearcoat. Free Shipping & Handling is for stamped envelope only. Mailed in a stamped envelope. Tracking # is extra pls ask if needed. We will not refund or replace if buyer does not pay for tracking. Stamped Envelopes are taking 7-10 days mailing time !!!
